Tai Chi for Arthritis
The Official TCA Programme as developed by Dr Lam, this is especially suitable for people with Arthritis, or who are
suffering the effects of mobility or motor neurone illness. It contains all the necessary components for a low-impact exercise system.
Cheng Man-ch’ing
Essentially a modified Yang form (37 steps) as introduced by Prof Cheng into the US in the 1950’s. It contains many of the
elements of traditional Yang Style and is a good introduction to Tai Chi
Yang Short Form
In essence, an extension of the Cheng Form, and a Form which is more widely documented than Professor Cheng’s original.
